Ugh issues

So I eat everything but I wanna stop drinking soda I think soda is what a messing with my acne but today I'm sick didn't work out for two days so I'm doing one today

yes cut pop! I use to drink pop on a daily its so hard to cut but I started by converting to carbonated flavored water then on to nutritional juices then to smoothies and I lost so much weight and I noticed how much more energetic and less acne i had and less fatigue I was ! you can do it :)

Yes I agree thnx ladies I'm trying my best but that bubbly sensasion is where its at lol

I quit soda two years ago, I don t miss it at all
