I'm 16 soon 17, I'm overweight not extremely but enough to ot feel comfortable in my body. I've been trying to lose weight since I was about 10. I have really bad nutrition habits, I eat too much and not regularly (I skip meals)
I practice boxing twice a week. I study a lot so I either don't have time to workout or I have no motivation.
I need someone my age, boy or girl to keep motivated and who wants to lose weight as well so we can encouraged each other!
