how can I get really defined/toned legs? which works better? jogging or brisk walking? :) thanks

I agree with Anita. Sprinting and interval training. Try sprinting for 30 seconds then running for 60 then sprinting for 60 then running for 60 then sprinting for 90 seconds. You'll build endurance, speed, and LEGS.

U can try jump rope. Use interval training with Jump rope. Do things like skipping on one leg, fast skipping. Jumping lunges and squats always work as well. If that's u in the picture then I would say ur legs already look fine and u should just build muscle now

Best thing you can do its lift weights ^^ do squats, lunges, deadlifts and hip thrust.
For cardio you can sprint 2-3 times per week and you will notice big difference in few weeks.

I found running/sprinting made my legs get bigger because of the muscle now I have stopped they seem to be more slender? I find squats, lunges and everyday walking has slimmed my legs down and look more toned ? Maybe it's my body type but running also use to make me have swollen lower leg (hamstring area) x
