I really lack motivation. I skip workouts lately. Please do help me.

Me too sometimes :( but I know I have to do it, and the body I have pictured in my mind keeps me motivated!!

I read a long time ago that if u put r exercise clothes on 20 min before r workout that u will most likely go through with it ... I do it and it really does help or look at fitness models I love Dana

Try to have more self discipline. And u should keep picturing what u want to look like. It also helps if u remember why u started working out in the first place. It was to be a better u. The best thing u can do is to not get bored. U should make ur exercises fun and have a variety to keep u entertain. It also helps if u always know what u are doing. The only way for that to happen if ur a beginner is to ask questions.
