Consistency is an issue for me so starting tomorrow, for 12 weeks , I'll be tracking down my progress of workouts daily to help me stay consistent and really reach my weight loss goal. Soo, I'll see how this goes... Good luck to everyone and their goals. - Remember why you stared before you quit!
Good luck... Thats one of the hardest things for me also. Procrastinating too. But I will keep trying my best with the time I have.
i just opened a new account and GOD knows i need to stay motivated.waking up to workout is like asking me to eat stale bread...however my tummy fat has reached the peak......soo.....m hoping ppl here would help out in making ppl like me accountable......cos being accountable to sm1 is like a propeller
