Getting ready for summer!

My goal is getting a toned body for the summer and lose some weight aswell. I'm going to try my very best to exercise atleast 6 times a week for an hour!!

Good luck. If u can i would suggest getting a jump rope an skipping. It will help u lose fat, build a bit of muscle and tone. I know u didn't ask for help but yeah thought I would a suggestion. Good luck
