anyone know of any quick and affective ab workouts? im not looking to get "ripped" lol but im wanting to get slimmer!

Try the workout on here called WIDDLE THE MIDDLE. Ive been doing it for the past two weeks in the morning and in the night and it has given me results in toning and slimming my tummy as well as my back and arms. Its pretty effective.

To slim down the stomach u will need to lose weight from ur whole body because that's the only way u can lose weight. The best and only 2 things u need to do is cardio and fix ur diet. DIET - Less sugar, no white bread, no junk food and more fruit and veggies. U also have to eat less calories then u burn. use apps like my fitness pal to keep track of ur calories and to make sure u don't eat too much. The only way to lose weight is to eat less calories than u burn....
