February 1st, it's official my journey begins. Looking to lose weight for summer. Any Suggestions!!

Mix it up for whatever feels good that day! If u do cardio then do cardio, put some weight training in there and fun stuff! It depends on how ur body responds I found multiple shorter than 25 min workouts throughout the day are better for me

Have you done it or is this your goal?  Either way...fantastic!  about 2 pounds per week is what I have been told is realistic.  But if you are obese like myself the first several weeks a lot comes off quickly and then you need to be more patient.  Even if you don't get there, it beats the alternative of gaining or becoming depressed, lethargic, or in pain.  stick to your plan and don't let anyone discourage you.

I'm working on the same goal. I'm motivated, but life lines to throw us some curve balls. I'm just trying to stay out of direct aim. Good luck on your journey.
