Write your weight, height and what are you doing to do to get your goal weight(workouts and diet)!! I believe i'm not the only one...;D
Hi! I'm 5'6 and 141lbs. I started my serious weight loss journey about 6 weeks ago. I've been keeping to a vegan diet for over a year, and last summer I started running for the first time in my life!
I've just hit a plateau and so I'm reducing my calorie intake to 1400 a day (after exercise)
I do 15 minutes of moderate kettlebell moves 4 times a week followed by some yoga. I am training for a 10k at my gym, so I run 6 times a week at the moment (between 5-6k right now) and a do rockclimbing as often as I can (1-3 times a week).
I want to be down to 185 in summer of 2015
5' 11" 175lbs 11% body fat. I am running 3-5 days a week when available ans hittibg the weights 2-3 times a week. I am working up strength and endurance for a Spartan Race in May.
5'5, around 150lbs 30% body fat. I would like to be around 140ish and 25% body fat. Even though I haven't lost that much weight, people think my progress so far has been amazing. I think it's all about working out and body fat loss. I have lost about 15 lbs and brought my cholesterol to a healthy range. I have been cutting calories and doing circuit training. My progess has slowed lately, but I haven't stopped.
