Hi I want any advise from you all why I easly become tired I can do aerobics exercise only for 15 min then I fall of on my face ..and work out for 5 minutes .. that's it. I think I'm not fat 5'2.5 my hight and 139 lbs ..
Your begginer? If so why do you expect to do any intense training for a long period time. There is hard work involved to gain endurance, strength etc. Like I always say. If it were that easy we'd all be fitness models. My only advice, keep at it and give it your all. In the end that's all any of us can do.
