Have any of u tried the insanity 40 workout program. The videos are very impressive & I might definitely wanna give it a try.. But I have my exams in a couple of months so I am not sure if it will wear me out..I also don't want an athletic physique, just wanna tone myself better..So, inputs please ..☺
Idk what your idea of "athletic physique" is but it will get your body fat % lower. I have not tried it personally but numerous friends of mine have done it and I've seen their results. None of them had huge muscles if that's what you are worried about.
I've done the regular Insanity and T25 workouts. Is this something new?
