Just finished my first workout, a 32 min. Program workout, and I will say spread me over toast, I feel like jelly, I actually had to crawl up the stairs haha. Still didn't sweat much though....maybe I just don't sweat much? Oh well time for workout 2 tomorrow.

I thought I didn't sweat much, do a 10 min run at any speed before the same work out.  You will sweat!
