Got workout just need motivation

I can work out no problem the only problem I have is getting to the point where I will push myself to do the exercise. I just always say there is something else I could be doing when working out is what I need to be doing.

I find that having a workout playlist that I start listening to really gets me going. Also a buddy to snapchat or chat with everyday to help keep you honest is incredibly helpful.

Make working out a priority, don't think about it too mush so u don't procrastinate and just tell urself to just do it.

I think I just mostly need someone to be able to tell me "why are you sitting around? When you could be working out and benefitting from it?"

Work out first thing in the morning! Then it's done and you don't have to go around all day thinking you need to work out "but I'll just do this or that first". You waste more energy procrastinating all day than just doing it and you create a negative mental environment for yourself.
