I need help! I went from being 115 pounds to 150. It's beyond embarrassing and I don't leave the house.no clothes fit me comfortably I've been having thyroid issues throught my life either my thyroid is way to low. Or too high. Which this causes me to fluctuate my weight. Lately I've been having really bad cravings. No. I'm not pregnant. Just hormonal I guess.. I don't even know what I'm typing anymore hahaha. I just want some help from others! How do I stop these cravings. What's some good healthy snacks you eat?

The best way I've found to stop food cravings is to plan and prepare my food in advance. Having a healthy snack or meal readily available makes it that much easier to quell any food cravings. Another good habit is to drink some water the first time you feel hungry or feel a craving.
Most poor eating choices are directly related to bad habits. Cravings or not, you can break those habits. Plan ahead, stick to your plan, and don't EVER give up no matter how bad you mess up. Good luck with your journey!

Start a routine, stick to it and you will eliminate your cravings. Eat healthy though low carbs and low sugar.
If you want to loose some pounds the best way is to say yes to healthy food. I eat a lot everyday but everytime i feel like eating crap i grab a piece of fruit or some veggies.
Also, it's ok to treat yourself from time to time. One piece of dark chocolat or a three cookies with your Sunday's tea will do you no harm :)
