Dude. I'm a little worried about myself. I know I've been really unmotivated and lazy lately - for a while now - but wow, I totally felt like I was going to explode from adrenaline just from my pathetic four minute casual level workout. Anyone else doing this badly?
It's great that you got the first one out of the way. The first step in the journey is usually the toughest... keep showing up and showing out... ...
I'm right there with you...I know it'll get better but we just gotta keep on doing it and then eventually it may get easier...(though when it gets easier we have to bring it up a level)
I felt myself going into a slump and thought back to how energized I was when I used to workout. Today marks day 2 of working out and I feel like I have all the energy in the world. You can do it!
Easy Love...I would say no matter how in shape or out of shape you are....working out ALWAYZ (for me anyway) feelz like a mild heart attack LOL! ...Some dayz the heart attack is just a little more intenze! Hang in there and keep the good momentum going..you got thiz! (Hi 5)
