Well my eating and exercise plan didnt go as planned time for round two, does anyone have any tips on how to stay motivated, and any delicious healthy meals if anyone has any suggestions. :) xo
Here is a quick breakfast and snack that I use for my busy lifestyle..
Flaxseed Meal Muffin
2TBSP- Flaxseed meal
1TSP- Coconut oil
1TSP- Sugar or Sweetner (I personally prefer natural sugar and it is better for you than thoze chemical enhanced sweeteners)
1/2 TSP- Baking powder (to help muffin rise)
1 - Egg
1/2 or 1 TSP of Cinnamon or as much as YOU like. If you do not like Cinnamon..substitute with something elze like almondz or cranberriez..Have fun..uze your imagination! If you do add other thingz make sure you are careful when adding thingz that will make the muffin more moist. Too moist will cauze your muffin to become mush! I have made that mistake!
REMEMBER: The point is to keep thiz muffin as healthy as possible!
Mix all the contentz into a coffee mug. Make sure everything is thoroughly mixed. Pop in microwave for 1 minute (adjust time if need be) and BAM! BREAKFAST! or a snack
