So I know along with exercise you must eat right.On my phone there is a app called s health if you guys are interested. That gives distance,calories, and steps to walk every day.

I did 2.38 miles today burned 272 calories and walked half of my goal!!!

Not bad. I also have s-health. I did 13000 steps (1221 kcal)
