Complete first program
Down 12 lbs
I am up 15 lbs and down 4% body fat. I have increased my cardio from running at 4.5 on the treadmill for 30 mins to 6.5. Just this week switch my diet over to complete paleo. Hoping to lose 4% more body fat.
I've been consistent for a year now. I've managed to go from 130 lbs to 170 lbs. Some fat but mostly muscle.
