I'm above 100 points in my first four days, and I'm very excited and satisfied! but I want to hear:

What have you all accomplished so far?!?!

I am up 15 lbs and down 4% body fat. I have increased my cardio from running at 4.5 on the treadmill for 30 mins to 6.5. Just this week switch my diet over to complete paleo. Hoping to lose 4% more body fat.

That's one of my goals! To run 6 miles under 30 mins. Good job!!

I've been consistent for a year now. I've managed to go from 130 lbs to 170 lbs. Some fat but mostly muscle.

I normally go thru stages, and I really wish to make it a regular priority, so we'll done. You are an inspiration!

That's my 2 year accomplishment from 28% bodyfat to 10.5% bodyfat.
I'll by dropping to 8% by Summer once I'm done bulking this month
