Tell me what's in your Protein. SHAKE....I myself mix my Whey Protein with Coffee...

I've mixed mine with coffee before too. This past week I added half a banana and some spinach. I'm trying to get more greens in my diet.

Its an aid not a food throw anything good for you in, blend it up and down the hatch...

Egg whites, green tea, vitamins, 5 a day etc

How do you add green tea in that? Should I add the tea leaves? For now I am drinking iced green tea with bcaa 9 gms as a workout drink

I use green tea extract...you have to be careful as some contain caffeine though...lean green by primaforce is what I have atm as it was cheapest. If having tea form try some ginger in with it..
