I started being healthier and trying to lose weight about a month ago and so far I've lost about 10 pounds, but I've been starting to slip up a lot and get lazy because I've been getting bored of my exercises and such. I got this app so now I have different exercises to try, but do you have any healthy snack ideas that are yummy and help satisfy the cravings for junk food? anything helps! :)

I don't really have a normal diet I've just cut out pop and haven't been eating junk food and stuff like that but I've been slipping a lot lately :/

U should use myfitnesspal app to keep track of ur daily calories in order to either lose or gain weight. What are ur goals anyways, lose weight or gain weight and do u want to build muscle? For exercise suggestions do u have weights or gym access or do u want home body weight exercises?

Id say try to stay more towards organic/ minimally processed foods, it should help with panga of hunger, and don't eat when you're bored
