Guys should I rest cause whole body's aching or should I just comtinymue my schedule

Take a day off or do a good stretch. Or both. Don't overdo it.

Pre and post workout stretching is really important, also try stretching aching muscles on your non workout days. A few other things to try would be icing the aching muscles, hydrating, and maybe consider adding a protein supplement to aid in muscle recovery. Maybe try some of the stretching or yoga workouts as an alternative to taking a day off. But most importantly: listen to your body! It could be telling you to slow down, or maybe to back off a little bit on some of your workouts. A big part of being fit is learning your body's limits so...
