Right now I weight 230lbs, and I have been telling myself that I am going to work out and lose the lbs. Im starting to day.

Good for you.. I started Jan 1st. And have lost 13lbs by just working out no diets you can do it

Start lifting weights also .. I cant see your body structure well as you've hidden your profile but look like you will gain quickly...more muscle burns more fat and in essential with weight loss as tiu body will burn muscle as well as fat...lifting weights stops that
