Just wanted to make a post to say thanks to Skimble and the Workout Trainer community. I started using this app about 3 weeks ago, and even though I've had a couple of missed days, when combined with a healthy diet I've so far managed to lose 9lbs and today I finally managed to fit into a pair of slim fit jeans I haven't worn in about 6 months. Next challenge is my slim fit 34" jeans. Bring it on!
