Hey guys! Totally new to this! In 2011 (when I was 19) I went from 12stone to 8stone (50kg exactly) in just 7 months but I can no longer burn 1500kcal in the gym everyday and eat only 500kcal :(
I just want to lose a stone now (atm I weigh 67kg) but need a serious diet plan!!!!
