Motivation!

Well, I'm 13, 5 feet tall, and weigh around 102lbs (it varies) and I know I don't weigh much but what weight I do have is fat and I want muscle instead. I have a constant lack of motivation for dieting and exercising, can anyone help?

I need motivation to get up and do these exercises, I love working out it's just getting up and doing it I can't do alone

Monday- Friday, I take Sunday off and Saturday I tone it down
