Well, it's my first day today and, i'm focusing on lose belly fat, and tune my body. I wanna be healthier, i wanna feel good with my body..
Well, i feel it's like i'm going in a super soldier project, as Captain America is my favorite hero, he's my goal. I hope i can count on you guys, have a good training!

Good job on starting your journey. It's a huge step in the right direction. Captain America is a wonderful long term goal. (He's my end goal also), but don't look too far down the road. I try to focus on 6 week microcycles. Keep doing something active and you can count most of the people here to be supportive and accountable. Have a good day and workout...
