For exemple: my goal is to lose 15 kg and I we already lost 10.

My goal is to do 50 pull ups in a row and I Can do 25...

About a year ago, my goal was to put on 15lbs to get to a more healthy weight.. blew that out of the water over Christmas alone haha! Now my goal is to turn this weight into muscle so my clothes fit better.. Went from getting dizzy after a few squats, now I'm up to sets of 25, goal being 50 a set. Little by little!
