I have difficulty for losing thigh fat . I have been doing exercise and restrict to healthy food . But feeling nothing changed ...any advise please !!!
Are you running? Jumping rope? HIIT?
For how long are you trying to lose it?
You need to lose approx. 7000 kcals (about 11 hours of tough cardio or cutting your daily calorie intake by 500 kcals (which is a lot when you're still working out) for 2 weeks) equalling to 1kg of fat.
And depending on your basis, this can take some time as there may have been 3 or 4 kgs of fat on the hips...
Now you do the math...
