I'm a mother of a two year old. He has me running all over place, so I don't have a lot of time. I'm 122 lbs 5'3. I like my weight only I lack the muscle in most of the areas.. any suggestions? ?
For general muscle growth, push your muscles to failure. Meaning whatever you do use either as much weight as possible or do as many repetitions as it takes to the point where you can't do that exercise again without stopping. Does that make sense?
There are plenty of great workout options on this app. Just remember that if you don't push yourself to the breaking point then your muscles won't grow. I recommend planks, squats, lunges, pushups, pull ups, and burpees to start.
