Hola, estuve viendo que muchos preguntan sobre que comer y cosas así. Mi doctora me recomendó que en el desayuno tomara te, café o leche con tres o cinco galletas de sésamo y queso ultable light. Al medio día cualquier tipo de carne acompañado de verduras. A la tarde te, café o yogurt con tres o cinco galletas de sésamo y queso untable y una feta de queso light. A la noche podes convinar durante la semana entre legumbres, verduras, queso, jamón o huevo, pero nunca se pueden comer juntos; si no comiste la feta de queso a la tarde, la podes agregar a la cena.
