I've been working a lot in the past two weeks and i feel very tired no energy to do any working out. I'm now off for four days...need to get back on track i know that this will give me the energy i need!
Pre workout also helps lol
Eat eat and eat biotin deficiency would have you feeling energy less, a multivitamin would cover that but if you don't wish to pop a pill than have a sliced tomato with a tsb of olive oil.
