I've been working a lot in the past two weeks and i feel very tired no energy to do any working out. I'm now off for four days...need to get back on track i know that this will give me the energy i need!

You go Girl! I'm here for ya. Don't over do it, you want to consistently stay at it. Have you tried Spark energy drink from Advocare? Gives me the extra boost I need to get workouts in before school or work.

Eat eat and eat biotin deficiency would have you feeling energy less, a multivitamin would cover that but if you don't wish to pop a pill than have a sliced tomato with a tsb of olive oil.
