Whoops I've done horrible with my workout and eating for the last 3 days but back on track it is and hopefully it didn't hurt my progress to bad even tho I feel like it set me back :/

Unplanned things can happen. Now that you're back on track, make up for some lost time and do an extra stretch/workout today.

You're back, THAT'S what matters. Everything you do today that is better than yesterday equals improvement. Make today better than yesterday. Glad to see you back Nikki.

Thanks guys! I had couple bad days more like a bad week but I'm getting back on track I've work to hard to get where I am to just stop!
