Really needing some motivation today....kinda being a slacker.. help!
Turn some music on and crank the volume some. See if that makes you wanna move. :-)
Do something short. Once your body tastes the exhileration that comes from exercise it will want to do more. Try not to think about "working out" but rather think about "oh yeah, I can do pushups for one minute" or "I could try doing a plank for a minute." I find that when I lack the desire to workout, the smallest little exercise is enough to sort of break the ice, then I'm ready to go.
