How long does it typically take to get a flat stomach. Anyone have workouts they can suggest and reps.

You could try doing body weight routines, for example doing sit ups, push-ups, crunches, v-holds, etc. make sure you are doing it consistently and don't skip a day. You could also start to go on a fiber diet, like making juice every morning. Fiber can help with your metabolism which digests faster so you don't get as much fat. If you want to try that, here's a recipe: 2 orange, 2 Granny Smith Apple, 1 carrot, 1 banana, half a lemon. You could also go for daily or weekly jogs to burn off any extra calories. With a consistent diet and regulated routine, depending on your size, you can see results in months. Remember that you can't just change overnight, so be patient and never give up. :)

A flat stomach is more a result of conscious, wholesome eating habits, than it is exercise. They both are important.

Losing fat is simply a matter of burning more calories than you eat. You just have to figure out the numbers & it becomes rather simple.
