I think its time I used my pull up bar more often at home, so I figured out a little regime for myself.
I'll do a month of pullup/chinup related workouts, perhaps setting daily goals (eg. Week 1- 30 chinups/30pullups per day) and try and complete these in as little reps as possible. Then I'll increase the intensity over the weeks and add in some hangs and wide grip pulls. I'll keep track of my progress and hopefully post it here! Hopefully this sounds like a good idea as soon as I create the workouts I'll get started on this and I look forward to it!
I do this 3 times a week. Pull ups ate the ultimate test in strength. Good luck with your challenge.
