I need to lose at least 25kg by summer and I need to be motivated any help??
No one can make yourself move. No one can make the challenge easier. It's all about you and your will to improve. We can be only there for you to support and encourage.
Will it be tough? Will it hurt? Will you be feeling like quitting? Yes, yes, and Oh yes! Just don't! Remember yourself why you started in the first place - whatever the reason may be as long as it keeps you in there.
Nothing in life worth having comes easy - go fight for it and earn the results!
