Motivation

So I'm new to all this. I definitely need motivation so I continue with the workouts. I'm overweight. And I'm wanting to change that. I've recently lost 13lbs almost 14 just from dieting alone. But I want to work in workouts so I can start toning up. So any suggestions?

What are you wanting to work on the most? Spacific body parts or full body

Full body mostly. But I putting a lot of focus on my upper body and my legs
