I'm the biggest I've ever been right now and I need encourage ment and motivation . I've tried to diet so many times. It's so hard for me. Any tips? I used to use my fitness pal to keep track of how much I'm eating but it's not always accurate and even then I still over eat. Would it be a good idea to take a diet pill. Do they decrease your appetite. I need some advice

I've been told that diet pills are very unhealthy and have minimal if any results. I have the same problem. I over eat and need a little motivation. Maybe we can help each other. Let's try getting a group of people together with this problem and try working together.
