Hi everyone, I really want to start working out but I'm having trouble pushing myself to start. Help?

Danielle, I suggest something short like 60 second pushup challenge or a 2:00 minute plank. Do something short and then BAM you're on your way. You don't have to commit to a 20-30 minute workout right away. Take small steps. Get in the HABIT of doing SOMETHING. Then the more often you do something, the more you'll feel compelled (by your own success) to do more.

Try not to look at the whole picture, but set small, achievable goals and then celebrate your success no matter how small. You can totally do this!

I suggest the Scientific 7-Minute Workout - it's quick and not too intense, but gives you a really nice full-body-challenge and helped me a lot in the beginning to get this whole thing started.
