Hi everyone, I really want to start working out but I'm having trouble pushing myself to start. Help?
Danielle, I suggest something short like 60 second pushup challenge or a 2:00 minute plank. Do something short and then BAM you're on your way. You don't have to commit to a 20-30 minute workout right away. Take small steps. Get in the HABIT of doing SOMETHING. Then the more often you do something, the more you'll feel compelled (by your own success) to do more.
Try not to look at the whole picture, but set small, achievable goals and then celebrate your success no matter how small. You can totally do this!
I'm right here with ya!! I pick the workouts that target my certain needs. Worked out for over an hour today and want to keep going! Good luck on getting started girl!!
