Melting the fat off

I get up every morning an work out at least 30 min sometimes more sometimes less. But after having my son it's like my belly fat just want to stay there any help ??

Diet is the most important to lose weight, so check what you eat. Also, what's often perceived as "belly fat" after a pregnancy is actually the excess skin which is completely natural.
