Need someone to help me stay motivated and won't quit! Ive recently stopped smoking and want to start the gym and eating healthy ☺️

Hi I have been loosing weight since August 2013 and have lost just over 30kgs so far, I am new to this workout program. If you would like to hear my story to get some ideas, I am happy to help. I am still loosing weight as I haven't reached my long term target goal yet.
