Three weeks in...what changes do you see?

Besides the obvious toning of the muscles and increase in strength I have noticed that high everybody talks about.

It was extremely hard in the first week as it felt like I took a horse sedative. Now it is subsiding and just feels like a smooth relaxation

Increased libido! Holy canoly!

Vivid dreams!

I feel like things do not get to me and I can let things go, irritation is less, PMS is more tolerable.

I just had sparkling mineral water and a flipping banana for a snack instead of the usual slice of pizza and coke! What's wrong with me lol! I woke up on my sleep in day at 6 and worked out till 630...and then cleaned my house before I went to work....loving the new energy level

Yes. So much easier to wake up. I also crave healthier food. Brain and body communicating better. :-)
