I need to do something ,I feel so ugly.I do my workouts but I dont know what to eat,heeeeelp

Read. Educate yourself and prep. First goals. Right now you need to eat something after your intense workout. Feed your body. What do you have in your fridge/pantry? Almonds? Oatmeal? Any animal protein? Cottage cheese even? Eggs?

I see you have competed some high intensity workouts. Impressive. I have yet to try any. But I'm working up to it. Keep on keeping on and celebrate your every accomplishment!

I must work hard,last year I lost 13 kg but now I have 9 back.Yesterday I stardet to go 2 gym I know I must work hard now and I love this app

I was in the gym and didnt eat sweets or fast food 4 days now.I work very hard now I hope I will be motivated for a long time,what are u doing
