I weight 230 what's the best workouts to get me at 200lbs????

Do long workouts--longer than one hour. I'm trying to gain weight so I keep mine at 45min. Just do a bunch of workouts in a row so the total is like 1.5 hours.

Ok I go to the gym for 2 hours be for work 5 days a week

Oh, well then make your workouts half-cardio, or circuits, or less weight and more reps. Lots of options. Diet is important too.
