what time is best 2 wrkout?? i usually wrkout in the evenings..is that good!?
Whenever you have time :) I don't think it makes much of a difference as long as you do it, though they say if you wanna lose weight the best is to work out in the morning on an empty stomach(or close, if you have to eat something.)
