Hey everyone i have a geustion
I want to loss some weight but i dont no how to do it everyday
Sometimes i dont wanna trainer how are you dealing with this?

Deborah, just do something every day. Be active. Make each day better than the day before. You will learn as you go along.

Because my friends dont wanna do that and i like doing it on my one but the mativation is Sometimes gone haha. But thanks guys im gonna try it. I have only one geustion when is the besy time to train in ths morning or? Have a nice day ♡

Whatever time of day works best for you is the best time to workout. Good luck!

I don't have any friends who like to exercise like me either so ur not alone . :-)

Consistency. Working out and eating clean. The lbs will shed.

I totally agree. You need to start small and build on it. I needed and still need to shed a lot of lbs. so I had a personal trainer who set my nutrition as well as workout plans. But I am now taking the step to continue on my own. 

Eat clean, be active at least 3/4 times a week (although I am 6 days a week) BUT most of all be consistent
