How can i gain muscles?
I am training 7/7 15-60minutes since 2 months and i'm not gainig muscles
Do you ve got an idea how i could get muscles?
Try protein shake to help your muscles revover after a workout and build more muscle. Or just increase your protein intake through eating more meat etc.
7days a week
Try including rest days because your muscles are only getting bigger during the time that they are resting and repairing themselves
When u r doing workout,u must make sure that u stretch the muscles completely because the stretching part will grow up the muscles effectively :)
