I've been going to the gym for a few months now and I've noticed I end up with a headache about half an hour after I've finished, does this happen with other people??
When I go up and down from the floor to standing a lot, I tend to get headaches. I think taking it slow when moving a lot might help; it's helped me now that I'm more conscious that I get headaches after doing workouts from this app since there is a lot of up and down. Hope this helps!
Thank you for the advice, I thought I was driving plenty of water, I'll try and get some more in!
Try to ensure you breathe properly whilst doing excersise to prevent a lack of oxygen which could make you feel lightheaded.

I also immediately thought dehydration, but I've noticed that this can also happen if you have tension in your neck/shoulders/upper back. Just keep that in mind too :)
Don't press too hard and keep on breathing. Cool down. When and what do you eat before you start?
