Is it normal that you experience pain?

Hi there, I just started this app last week and this is the first workout I did in quite a while, I did some core workouts for the past few days and my abdomen hurts so much even when I laugh cough do workouts etc. Just wanted to ask is this normal or did I do something wrong. Thanks in advance

I think it's normal to feel sore, but don't over do anything. You could've strained something. I'd try some stretches or Yoga

Everything hurt me the first week. I mean, everything. I had not done any exercise in forever. It gets easier. :)

Me too . Try stretching and work a different part of your body every time u workout . :-)

This is not only normal, this is the point you want to reach in each and every workout and any muscle of your body! :-)

When you reached it, enjoy the pain being a witness of your hard work and take it slow on this muscle group for the next 1-3 days.
