Intensity increase, pain and gain...
I've started working out as of 3 weeks ago, no app, no partners, just sheer self determination and inward motivation to get stronger. Searching for smart ways to increase,a week later I downloaded this app and purchased the pro features, and have definitely found the next level! All of you, your posts, and your great attitudes have heavily impacted my victories in my training program, I thank you all! I want you to know also, that it's equally, if not more, important to workout your mind as well, read a book, take a class, learn something new etc. Learning to learn is my favorite subject, and that's what we are doing when we work out! No fears of failure, but knowledge of how to do it better is a great attitude in approaching life, I encourage and challenge you all to work your mind out as hard as you work your body out, like I always say, "hard minds build hard bodies!" Keep up the hard work, and show off your results!
